3.2. Maintain:
- Active communication with our team
- Timely feedback on submitted content and campaigns
- Prompt review and approval of materials
- Updated payment information
- Accurate company information
3.3. Ensure:
- All provided content complies with applicable laws
- You have the necessary rights to use the provided materials
- Prompt notification of any changes affecting services
4. Service Delivery and Content Rights
4.1. Content Creation
- Standard turnaround times will be specified in your service agreement
- Rush requests may incur additional fees
- Content revisions are limited as specified in your service agreement
4.2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client retains ownership of all pre-existing materials provided to us
- Social: Managed retains ownership of our proprietary processes, methods, and tools
- Created content ownership transfers to client upon payment in full
- We maintain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio
5. Service Terms and Payments
5.1. Service Agreements
- Minimum commitment periods apply as specified in your service agreement
- Services are billed monthly
- Setup fees may apply for new accounts
- Additional services beyond agreed scope will be quoted separately
5.2. Payment Terms
- All invoices are due by the 1st of the month
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Recurring payments are automatically charged
- Service fees are non-refundable
- A 30-day written notice is required for service cancellation

- Regular performance reports will be provided as specified in your service agreement
